Richland Campus

*If I do not want to be an engineer, will the credits I have earned in Richland transfer to the career I select?
If you are going to a school in Texas, they do transfer over because you will have your core classes as well as your electives, which are needed for all degrees.
*Will my credits transfer if I move to another state?
This depends on the school that you are applying to.
*In case of an emergency, can I pick up my child from Richland College?
Yes. You will just have to email one of the Hillcrest Staff at Richland and then sign out your child with them.

High School Classes

*How does E-TECH interfere with regular high school classes?
E-TECH classes are just like regular high school classes. The only difference is that when the students start taking college classes, those classes are dual credit and give you the credit for both high school and college.
*What are dual credit classes?
Dual credit classes are classes that give you both college and high school credits.
*Is the schedule an A day and B day schedule?
We go by A days and B days.  Monday and Wednesday are A days, which are periods 1-5.  Tuesdays and Thursdays are B days, which are periods 6-10.  Fridays vary per week.

Yes, students are able to bring their own lunches if they do not want school lunch.
